I aim to provide an non-judgmental safe space for individuals to address a wide variety of issues. I am trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Brief Narrative Therapy. That being said I don�t believe in a strict approach, I work with my clients in a corporative matter and listen for their input, if something isn`t working I will put in the work to tailor my approach to the clients needs.
As a licensed Psychotherapist in the GTA, I am committed to the well-being of all my patients and aim go above and beyond to cater to their needs. I truly care for all of my clients, and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. I have worked with a variety of patients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives.
I offer Individual Counselling as well as Couples/ Family Counselling
