I focus on my client's strengths and help them to move through changes in a client centred manner.

Due to my own inter-generational trauma, I have been supporting men's wellness for over 20 years. I have also been supporting Indigenous clients for over 10 years. More recently, in my work as Wellness Counsellor & Facilitator at Round Lake Treatment Centre, I have been specifically supporting Indigenous clients who have experienced inter-generational trauma (cultural, sexual, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual abuses, neglect, abandonment, shame, and grief & loss). As a result, my clients present with addiction, anxiety, depression, isolation, self-harm/suicide ideation, anger, and other co-occurring disorders.

My approach with you is strengths-based, using active listening skills to affirm your story. We will collaborate on a treatment plan that best supports your healing journey. I believe that it is important to align with your schedule and budget to ensure that you receive the best results based on your specific needs. I look forward to hearing from you!

I support my clients with a trauma informed approach; which means that I am very compassionate, attuned, attached, understanding, connecting, empathic, and heart centred. I focus on my client's strengths and help them to move through necessary changes in a solution focused, client centred manner. I will challenge my client's to help them to change.
