Whether you`re struggling with anxiety or depression, navigating change, experiencing grief and loss, or coping with the general stress of life, I will support you to feel at home in yourself, to see your unique strengths, and make sense of the wild ride that is this life. I work from a trauma-informed, person-centred, and anti-oppression lens and am committed to ongoing training in these areas.
