I offer a warm and non-judgmental space to work through your challenges and identify the strengths that will carry you through. This is a space where you are free to be yourself � flaws and all. Whether you`re struggling with anxiety or depression, navigating change, experiencing grief and loss, or coping with the general stress of life, I will support you to feel at home in yourself, to see your unique strengths, and make sense of the wild ride that is this life. I work from a trauma-informed, person-centred, and anti-oppression lens and am committed to ongoing training in these areas.
