I am a Registered Professional Counsellor-Candidate RPC-C in good standing with the CPCA. I believe that we can feel more empowered when we feel connected and heard. My wish is to build a safe alliance, free from judgment, bias or agenda. From this space, we can explore what aspects you would like to focus on. My approach is always client-centered, unique to your needs. I operate from a trauma informed lens, and I draw from a number of different modalities, including Talk Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, Narrative, and Somatic Therapy. There is no one pathway to follow, and as such, I am always focused on attuning to my clients needs, and adjusting as we work together to find the most effective approach for you.
