Boreal Wellness Centres provides virtual group therapy programs for people with anxiety, depression, trauma and problematic substance use. If you have stalled out with individual therapy, a group setting may be helpful in gaining new skills and insights. We also offer individual therapy for counsellors, social workers and psychologists.
