Jenna Caron - Registered Psychologist

Jenna is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. Jenna works with you to identify your unique goals for wellbeing and offers practical solutions to achieve them. Jenna's areas include but not limited to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, ADHD management, OCD, Trauma, workplace stress, and relationship and family work. Jenna works with all ages including children, adolescents, and adults.

Jenna utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. Jenna will soon be offering EMDR virtually!

Alysha Dosanjh - Canadian Certified Counsellor

Alysha D is a registered Canadian Certified Counsellor with The Canadian Counselling Psychotherapy Association. She has been practicing psychology since 2012. She consider's herself to be an empathic, holistic counsellor, emphasizing the mind, body, soul connection. Alysha is also certified as a Master's level Reiki practitioner, where she offer's an alternative form of healing through her practice using the Usui Reiki method.
