I am a holistic therapist who works with adult individuals towards healing, wholeness, and living life as their most authentic selves.
I understand that at times of struggle it can sometimes be difficult to know where to go, or who to talk to, and yet finding a therapist that feels like the best fit for you is so important. I work with clients who are struggling to show up as their authentic selves in every area of their lives. Together we'll discover who you are and where you want to be, as well as what's getting in the way. If you are currently dealing with relational difficulties, life transitions, self-doubt, anxiety, trauma impacts, spiritual formation issues, or just need somewhere safe to process, it would be my sincerest privilege to join you where you are.
