Audrey has a Master of Science degree, MSc; a BSc in Dietetics; is a Canadian Certified Counsellor, CCC; Registered Dietitian, RD; Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, CSAT; Certified Multiple Addictions Therapist, CMAT; Certified Partner Trauma Therapist, CPTT; Member of Dietitians of Canada; and training in Advanced Cognitive Therapy; Trauma Training and Attachment Repair; and Expressive Art Therapy.
