General Family and Individual Therapy Practice. Assessment and Consultation Related to Mental Health and Homelessness Best Practices.
I provide both in-person and virtual therapy to individuals (youth and adults), couples, and families. I work primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) perspective and specialize in anxiety, depression, addictions including compulsive sexual challenges such as pornography, trauma, and multiple other mental health concerns. I also do group therapy for various topics.
I also provide consultation, training, and public presentations related to mental health issues and factors associated with homelessness and marginalized populations.
