Hi, I’m Ruth Anne, a Registered Dietitian in Calgary Alberta, and I would love to meet with you.

I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Food Science completing my clinical dietetic internship across Alberta, from Fort McMurray to Calgary. I have seen first-hand the toll a high-stress work environment can take on your health. What happens next? Not only does your work suffer, but you do as well — It’s a classic lose-lose situation. No bueno!

That’s where I come in. Whether it’s knowing the right foods to fuel your day to avoid that afternoon slump, improving your overall body composition, or maybe it’s getting your cholesterol in check, I’m here to provide you with solutions.

As a native Vancouver city dweller, I truly understand how lifestyle can make a difference in your overall well-being and health metrics. Believe it or not, chronic stress plays a HUGE role in your nutrition and is the common denominator for most illnesses. That is why my practice integrates stress management strategies and nutrition therapy to address the root of the issue.
