Tiffany Beks, M.Sc., is a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Traumatologist located in Calgary, Alberta. She has a special interest and advanced training in the areas of trauma, perinatal mental health, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss. Her approach to therapy and counselling is strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed. She draws from a range of therapeutic models to address the unique concerns of each client, including narrative therapy (NT), acceptance-and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), accelerated resolution therapy (ART), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
