We provide mental health support to individuals, couples, and families. We believe that no one should have to suffer alone. We provide a full range of mental health supports and offer low cost counselling with our amazing interns as well. Fees should never be the thing that stops someone from accessing mental health support.
We have a unique approach to therapy, offering courses, programs, equine-assisted therapy, mindfulness/meditation/trauma-informed yoga skill development, and traditional talk therapy. We want to welcome you to our home.
