Established in 2001, Health In Harmony Massage Therapy clinic was started by owner Katie Woodford, Registered Massage Therapist. From babies to the elderly, athletes to pregnant mamma's, and everyone in between, Katie's approach is to listen and learn from you, so she can tailor an exceptional quality treatment plan that works best for you!

She has been an RMT since 1995. Her specialties include Swedish, deep tissue, Craniosacral therapy, Orthobionomy, Pregnancy and Post-natal care, sports massage and MVA injury treatment. For over 26 years she has been providing her services in the clinic and for corporations and Retirement Residences.
