About me, Eric Hoppe PT, Physical Therapist:

My passion is helping people Move Well and Live Better.

With more purpose and less pain.

I am a graduate of the University of Toronto Physical Therapy program and bring over twenty four years of experience assessing and treating sport, orthopaedic and lifestyle injuries at all levels, with a special affinity for the recreational fitness athlete.

I take an active and functional approach to both your assessment and treatment in order to help you understand and address the root cause of your mobility issue so you’re not just chasing pain. I use cutting edge, evidence informed modalities, manual therapies and therapeutic & corrective exercise to assist you with relieving pain and inflammation, facilitate tissue healing and repair and help you return to meaningful functional activities.

My goal is to partner with you in this process, empowering you with the knowledge, guidance and tools to take control of your recovery and allow you to return to Optimal Function and the activities that you love.

I can’t wait to meet you and share my Pain, Injury & Rehab Expertise to get you moving better, doing the things you love!
