I believe that a holistic approach to achieving a healthy mind, body, and spirit is the only true way to cultivate a mentally healthy individual. As a therapist, I encourage my clients to nourish healthier lifestyles primarily through cognitive behavioural therapy, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness practices.
