Description

The goal of Integrative Psychotherapy is to facilitate an individual’s growth toward becoming a balanced, holistic, integrated individual responsible for their life experiences.

Are you struggling with issues related to trauma, grief, addiction, anxiety, or major life changes? Have you recently had an experience you are struggling to process? There comes a time when help is needed from a professional to cope with life’s ups and downs and ongoing challenges. I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. Drawing from personal experience as an elite athlete and as a woman making a big career change I can also serve as a guide for you through your big life transitions.

I am a relational psychodynamic therapist, who stays on top of the latest evidenced based modalities. I provide education about neuroscience and attachment and in sessions, and use mindfulness, including present moment experience as tool for building awareness. Somatic (body focused) approaches will also play a key role in the process of healing.

Talk therapy and cognitive behavioural therapies work well, yet it's important to look at the whole self. If you're looking for something more, something deeper, getting to the root cause with therapy that helps you get back into your body, I can help you. You are unique, and therefore your therapy will be tailored to you.
