Do you often feel lost and exhausted in your own thoughts? Are you struggling with substance use? Or do you feel that something is weighing you down but you just can’t seem to figure out why? Whether you are struggling with a diagnosed mental health disorder or are just looking to gain some support while going through a rough time, I can work with you to gain some perspective and clarity on your thoughts and feelings. My modality is a mixture of Gestalt therapy, CBT, and DBT.

Sometimes, our usual way of thinking and dealing with life adversities stops working, leaving us feeling lost. My purpose is to bring some awareness to your thought process especially the ones that are disruptive and preventing you to live a fuller life. Through this awareness, you can discover ways that can best support yourself through difficult situations.
