Description
We are a boutique mental health practice offering individual, family and couples counselling. We specialize in working with adolescents and young adults (ages 14-35) and the life events associated with this period. Our clinic emphasizes the importance of collaboration, and uses a client- centered approach focused on creating a strong therapeutic relationship. We use evidence based practices, and incorporate various methodologies to best meet a client's needs. We provide clients with a safe, non judgmental, and supportive environment that encourages self exploration and growth.
We help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and develop strategies for maladaptive patterns. Our goal is to support clients gain a better understanding of themselves and their internal obstacles in an effort to develop greater acceptance, compassion and resilience.
