I am a Registered Social Worker offering in-person and online appointments.
Many of us end up taking a back seat in our own lives because we are so preoccupied with stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship problems, legal concerns, substance use� and the list could go on. My goal is always to help my clients get back into the drivers seat of their own lives and experiences. While pain is not something we can avoid (although we try really, really hard to!), suffering is something we can do without. I focus on exploring your personal goals and values to identify the type of change needed for you to live a meaningful life.
I use a variety of treatment approaches, so as we work together, we can find the best fit for you. I provide services to youth (ages 14 plus), individuals, and couples.
