Elaine Park Therapy

Elaine Park is a registered psychotherapist practicing in Ontario offering psychotherapy to broad range of clientele. She works with individuals, couples, and families in multiple areas of need that include (and are not limited to) spirituality, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, relational conflict, and trauma. She takes a holistic, client-centered approach informed by Biblical Counselling, Emotion Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness/Meditation, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in her practice.
