I provide one-one private coaching and group coaching. I am also an online course instructor, and a public speaker on topics such as self-care and self-esteem building. My coaching method is drawn from NLP, the Law of Attraction, Habit Change theory, and the techniques taken from art therapy and neurographic art.
My mission is to inspire and empower women to break free from their limiting beliefs by harnessing the power of positive self-talk to attract prosperity so they can have a rejuvenated outlook on their future and attain self-actualization.
