As a Registered Psychotherapist, I offer support and practical strategies to help clients become empowered to make positive and lasting changes in their lives. My approach to therapy uses a wide variety of evidence-based therapeutic tools to best meet your unique needs and wishes. I will support you in every step you take as we collaboratively address present challenges, develop coping skills, and meet your goals. Therapy sessions can take place either in-person, virtually over a secure video platform, or over the phone. I am currently accepting new short- and long-term clients aged 15 and older.
Our work together can help increase self-awareness, build healthy relationships, and regulate difficult emotions, thoughts and behaviours. Although I specialize in anxiety disorders and obsessive compulsive disorder, I also work with a variety of personal and mental health challenges including low self-esteem, depression, and interpersonal difficulties.
