Attending therapy can help clients learn strategies to manage their symptoms, improve day-to-day performance, create boundaries, engage in problem-solving, and learn skills to effectively cope with distress.

Approaches include: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Couple Therapy, and Family Counselling.
