I am a graduate of Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Class 2003.
I have been practising in Vancouver since 2008.
I am parenting a kid who keeps me motivated to have fun creative meal times every single day.
I love to swim in the ocean, even though it is freezing. Trust me it feels good once you get in.
