Focused on issues such as anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, panic attacks & other stress-related problems, Andrea empowers Clients to use their individual strengths to navigate through life�s challenges with confidence. She uses a Trauma-Informed lens throughout the counselling process. Andrea offers Psycho-education which helps her Clients understand themselves better & teaches her Clients tangible skills that they can use when they are struggling or in crisis.
