Past hurts, trauma, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and depression do not need to define you. The courage and strength to change is within you, and I consider it a sacred honour to journey with you towards change and freedom.

I provide a non-judgmental, affirming, supportive, safe environment for clients to tell their story. I use a strengths based, client focused approach in partnership with my clients to draw out new meaning and stories for their lives.
