Registered Social Worker (RSW) and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) offering EMDR, CBT, and DBT.
I am an RSW and an RCC with 12 years of experience. My pronouns are she/her/hers. I work 1:1 with adults and young adults. I am certified in EMDR and also trained in CBT and DBT. I provide a gentle, calm, and compassionate approach. I am non-judgmental, working with people of all backgrounds and experiences. I am also LGBTQIA2S+ friendly in my practice. I am registered with the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA), ICBC, and the Crime Victim`s Assistance Program (CVAP). I work with trauma of all kinds, as well as depression, anxiety in its many forms, borderline personality disorder and traits (BPD), complicated grief, and more. I have a large repertoire of therapeutic tools which have been developed over length of my career.
