My name is Lisa Gray and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor and a Counselling Therapist. I offer online counselling services to individuals, couples, and families residing in Alberta.
Whether you are looking to work on a long-standing concern, feeling stuck, or are interested in personal growth, I am here to support you. I also love working with couples and families. I have Gottman Level I training and completed my master's internship as a Family Therapy Intern at the Calgary Family Therapy Centre. I am a Registered Circle of Security-Parenting facilitator and offer a virtual 10-week parenting series.
I work hard to provide a safe and comfortable environment where we can collaboratively set your therapeutic goals and a path to work towards reaching them. I am an integrative counsellor pulling from various therapies, so I can customize my work to meet each client's unique needs.
Counsellor-client fit is important to building a solid working alliance. I offer a free 20-minute consultation to new clients where you can ask questions and we can get to know each other a bit better.
