Mental Health Therapy:

We provide therapeutic support for children, youth, adults, couples and families with various concerns including grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, burnout, divorce, parenting, relationship issues, and more. Our therapists are trained in a variety of interventions including EMDR, The Grief Recovery Method, The Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness and more.

Massage Therapy:

Our Registered Massage Therapists offer a variety of massage services including RAPID Neurofascial Reset, relaxation, deep tissue, cupping, hot stone and reiki. Whether you are seeking relief from pain and tension, or simply looking to relax, we have got you covered.
