Unfold Counselling

Unfold Counselling is open to seeing clients both for teletherapy and in-person.

Unfold Counselling focuses upon clients and their individual needs. Sylvia Lagosky (Ulatowski), MC Canadian Certified Counsellor has over eight year experience working with children, youth and families one-on-one and in residential settings. She holds a Master�s Degree in Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor�s Degree in Sociology with a Psychology Minor from Mount Royal University.

Sylvia`s primary population she works with include, children (ages 6 and up), youth, adults, parents, and families. Areas Sylvia focus include, abuse, anxiety, behavioural concerns, depression, parenting support, PTSD, and trauma.

Sylvia takes an integrated approach, using trauma-informed practice, neuro-sequential model of therapeutics, expressive arts, somatic therapy, narrative approach, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy and EMDR.
