SESSION:

Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early for pre-interview (10 minutes if you are new and need to fill out paperwork). I strive to provide the full amount of hands on time you are paying for, but if you are late, or do not allow sufficient time for pre-interview I will have to cut your session time. If your health history is particularly complicated, please let me know to allow extra time for your first session.

After your massage keep active and drink your water! This will reduce any post session soreness/stiffness due to lactic acid release and muscle fiber re-alignment.

SERVICES AND PRICES (includes GST):

30 Minute Massage: $60

60 Minute Massage: $95

90 Minute Massage: $135

120 Minute Massage: $175

BARS energy session: $95

Craniosacral I : $95

Rapid NFR 15 min: $40 (return visits only)

Rapid NFR 30 min: $60

Rapid NFR 45 min: $90

Prenatal: same pricing as above. Please speak with me prior to booking.

Hot Stone Add On: $15.00 per session, requires at least 30 minutes to heat, and extra time for sanitization after your appointment.

Cupping Add On: $0.00 per session.

Aromatherapy Add On: $1 per oil per session.

Emergency appointments are available at my discretion, but are subject to a $100 convenience fee payable at the time of booking via cash or e-transfer in addition to my usual rate for the service. This extra fee will not be claimable to your insurance. (An emergency appointment is defined as an appointment outside of my regular operating hours - 10 am to 6 pm - or on my days off).

I offer relaxation and therapeutic massage. My default pressure tends to be fairly deep. Please be specific about your session goals during the pre-interview. Please do not be afraid to communicate with me during your session about pressure or technique! Also, I call every client about 10 days after their session for a follow up chat unless asked not to, or the session was strictly relaxation.

PAYMENT:

If you are not direct billing please bring cash to your appointment, or be prepared to e-transfer. I do keep a small amount of change on hand.

DIRECT BILLING:

Please confirm insurance eligibility requirements prior to coming for your massage. Some plans require a doctors referral before direct billing becomes available.

BOOKING:

To book or cancel an appointment contact me @: 780-812-3081 (landline) 780-819-3081 (cell) or via private message. Facebook self booking option is not always accurate. I sometimes have clients who book who do not have Facebook. Their appointment times will not show as taken. Your best bet is to find my post about openings!.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

No Shows or less than 4 hours notice of cancellation - 100% of the service fee will be billed to you.

Less than 24 hours notice - 50% of the service fee will be billed to you.

Insurance will not pay for missed appointments. I can issue a receipt after you have paid (again, not eligible to be claimed for insurance).

If you book and cancel more than 2 appointments without proper notice, I will require full payment in advance to hold a time slot for you in the future.

PERSONAL:

While I am very dedicated to my profession and clients please remember I need a life too. I am often in my office late at night researching or doing call backs. Please try to contact me during appropriate hours only (ie. between 9 am and 9 pm). I typically work 6 days a week, and own a second business so I may not be able to respond to a question or request in a timely fashion.

MISC:

Yes, I sell gift cards. Yes, I discourage purchasing them unless you are sure they will be used. I hate taking peoples hard earned money for nothing!

I can not bill your insurance plan for a gift card, or service provided to anyone other than you. To do so is considered insurance fraud. I also can not charge less than my posted price for a client who doesn`t have benefits - this is also classed as insurance fraud.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist. I am not a masseuse. I do not do "extras, happy endings, private massage, etc."
