Areas of Practice: Counselling services address a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, burnout, parenting struggles, suicide and crisis intervention, grief and loss, anger management, co-dependency, trauma and PTSD, sexual abuse/rape, self-esteem issues, spiritual crisis and awakening, and relationship, marriage, and couples counselling. Additionally, we offer somatic bodywork and breathwork.
