Welcome to CF Liminal Space Counselling Services in Calgary, where we offer both in-person and virtual counselling sessions for youth and adults. Our services are available in English and Mandarin.

I’m Claire, and I understand that we all encounter times when we feel stuck or in transition. The concept of “Liminal Space” refers to those in-between moments, the transitional phases in life where we are moving from where we are to where we want to be.

Many people experience these transitional spaces multiple times throughout their lives, and each experience can be unique. Therapy provides an opportunity to acknowledge the effects of both past and present circumstances, engage in self-discovery, and foster personal growth.

My approach involves understanding your current mental and emotional state, identifying barriers that may be hindering your progress, and working collaboratively with you to develop a plan for a more hopeful and fulfilling future.
