Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is a scientifically-backed therapy that uses reinforcement and punishment to shape and improve desired behaviours, such as communication skills, while reducing challenging or maladaptive behaviours. Who Conducts ABA?

At The Hullabaloo ABA, your therapy team consists of a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA ONT.) and Supervised Instructor Therapists. Your RBA will work with you to understand your child’s specific needs and develop a customized treatment plan. The plan is then passed to the Supervised Instructor Therapist, who handles the day-to-day therapy. The RBA will monitor about 10% of the sessions to ensure your child is progressing, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet therapy goals.
