At OG Nutrition, registered dietitian Olivia Cupido is dedicated to fostering healthy relationships with food. As a nutrition expert and member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario, Olivia’s passion for food began in her childhood kitchen, which remains her favorite place. She holds both an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Food (BASc) and a graduate degree in Health Sciences with a focus on Nutrition Communication (MHSc) from Ryerson University. Her studies emphasized public health, diabetes management, family health, media, and consulting.
With experience from a fast-paced inter-professional health clinic in downtown Toronto, Olivia also conducts cooking classes to help individuals gain confidence in the kitchen.
Olivia believes that eating transcends mere sustenance; it’s about connection, culture, enjoyment, and self-care. Her philosophy is rooted in Health at Every Size and the non-diet approach, making her services accessible to everyone.
