You will receive a secure link for your appointment.
What to Expect:
Therapy Sessions: Your therapy time is dedicated to you. Choose your discussion topics and use this space to process what’s important. I will provide non-judgmental support and active listening.
The effectiveness of therapy depends largely on the strength of our therapeutic relationship. As we progress, reflect on how safe and trusting you feel in our sessions. Typically, sessions occur weekly, but we can adjust frequency based on your needs. Therapy is a collaborative process where both sides work to address your distress and find solutions.

As you gain confidence and stability, we may reduce session frequency. Ongoing support is available if desired.
