About Chloe Portia Fillingham:

Hi, I’m Chloe Portia Fillingham, a Registered Massage Therapist at Leaning Cedar Therapy. I am passionate about assisting athletes and outdoor enthusiasts with pain relief, injury rehabilitation, and mobility optimization.

My connection with clients is driven by a commitment to achieving their health and wellness goals through a compassionate and supportive approach. My interest in extreme sports and personal experience with injury recovery motivated me to study at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Since graduating, I have continuously developed my skills and gained experience working with the Canadian National Big Air & Slopestyle Snowboard Team and the Vancouver Canucks.

I focus on helping clients heal efficiently by integrating a holistic approach to restoring and maintaining balance. Each session starts with a thorough assessment to identify the root causes of any dysfunction and customize treatments and homecare recommendations to individual needs.

My treatments combine a variety of techniques including Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue Therapy, Biodynamic Myofascial Mobilization, Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).

In my free time, I enjoy mountain biking, snowboarding, climbing, practicing yoga, meditation, and playing guitar.
