Back To The Breath in Toronto, Ontario offers virtual counselling, psychotherapy, and mindfulness coaching, along with introductory mindfulness workshops.

Life’s demands can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed. As a licensed clinical social worker, I collaborate with you to help you understand your experiences and discover new, meaningful insights. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, cancer, chronic illness, trauma, stress management, and burnout. My individual counselling and psychotherapy services are available virtually via Zoom or phone. When safe to do so, I will resume in-person sessions in my office located in the Annex (Christie and Bloor area). My services are covered by private health insurance, and I offer sliding scale rates based on income. Direct billing to Green Shield Canada is available. LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients are warmly welcomed.

Virtual Mindfulness Training

As a formally trained mindfulness instructor with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies at the University of Toronto, I provide mindfulness coaching services, 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) group programs, and introductory mindfulness workshops for businesses, all conducted via Zoom. Over the past five years, I have delivered mindfulness training to staff at the University Health Network, CCAC/Central LHIN, the Ministry of Community Services and Correctional Services, and graduate students at the University of Toronto. When safe, I will resume in-person mindfulness sessions in my group space in the Annex (Spadina and Bloor area).
