I offer individual counselling for those seeking to improve their mental well-being.

My name is Emily (she/her) and I am a Registered Psychotherapist as well as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.). My aim is to reach people on their time, in the comfort of their home, to ensure a feeling of safety during our sessions together. However, I recently acquired an office space and am now offering in-person counselling to those that feel comfortable. I have experience working with trauma, domestic violence, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief. I believe that who you are personally radiates into every aspect of your life which is why making yourself a priority is so important. If you are feeling overwhelmed by work, personal stressors, or intrusive thoughts, let me work with you to identify the best way to move forward.

I am an integrative therapist that utilizes many approaches including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). The goal is to make all clients feel comfortable with the process as you are the expert in your own life.
