Meet Keith Balisky, MoC, Registered Clinical Counsellor #19047, Canadian Certified Counsellor #10008424. I believe that the most significant change arises from the therapeutic alliance between client and counsellor, supported by research. My approach starts with meeting clients where they are and forming a genuine human connection. My goal is to empower you to become the best version of yourself.

I concentrate on the patterns of thoughts, behaviours, and emotions, utilizing Emotion Focused Therapy and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy to address client goals efficiently. Although I use an integrative approach, my priority is to tailor the experience to each client’s needs.

I hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Alberta and a Master of Counselling from Gonzaga University.
