About Ann Connor-Lewis: Your Spiritual Guide
As a dedicated Spiritual Entrepreneur for nearly three decades, I founded Spiritual Reflections in 2001 to create a nurturing environment for energy healing and spiritual growth. My passion lies in helping individuals connect with their intuition, intention, and inspiration.

Born in the Highlands of Scotland, I have been sensitive to energy from a young age. I discovered my empathic abilities and learned to feel the energetic bodies of others. At 17, I began a daily meditation practice, setting me on a path to explore spirituality and self-help. I studied under Louise Hay, a pioneer in the self-help movement, where I learned the vital connection between mind, body, and spirit for effective healing and personal transformation.

Despite a successful corporate career, my true calling has always been in the realm of spiritual healing. Witnessing clients connect with their empowerment is incredibly rewarding. My journey with Reiki began in the 1980s, and it profoundly changed my life by enabling me to channel energy for a higher purpose. As a Reiki Master/Teacher, I have guided countless individuals in experiencing the benefits of energy healing and have trained many students to become active Reiki practitioners and Master/Teachers.

I am also a registered Metaphysical Minister with the Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry, believing that spirituality connects the self, soul, and source—providing the healing, courage, and compassion needed for life transformation.

Additionally, I am a registered Wedding Officiant in Ontario, and each ceremony brings me immense joy. My days are filled with being a mother, consulting clients, writing ceremonies, blogging, creating workshops, and developing content for my YouTube Channel, Wellness, Weddings, Wisdom. I cherish the opportunity to express gratitude daily.
