Insight Counselling & Holistic Therapy offers a trauma-informed approach to counselling.

Stephanie Locke, MSW, RSW, RYT 200 is a trauma-informed therapist and yoga teacher.

Blending traditional talk therapy with body and breath work, I support people in both processing and understanding the ways that stress and trauma impact them mentally and emotionally, as well as practicing tools to help find safety and regulation in the body and mind.

I have a background working with survivors of sexual abuse and sexual assault, but I work with all people who want to address the impacts of stress, trauma, difficult relationships and/or distressing situations in their lives.
