We provide clinical counselling to individuals of all ages, as well as couples, and families.
At ECW our counsellors have experience working with mental health, addiction, and concurrent disorders. It is really important to us here at ECW to meet you where you`re at, striving to make sure you feel comfortable and included in the direction your wellness journey takes. Our counsellors utilize a wide range of skills and therapies in order to best support and encourage clients throughout each session. Some therapies that our counsellors utilize, but not limited to are: CBT, DBT, play therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
