Free Yourself Workshop:
Registered Social Worker offering one-day workshops to free yourself from anxiety, depression, anger, self-judgement, unhealthy habits and behaviours, hopelessness, and confusion. I invite you to prioritize yourself for one day in order to experience what movement, sounds, and breath can do for you. Free Yourself Workshop includes Jasmine`s favourite healing modalities she learned both professionally and personally over the past 20 years.
Registration fee: $149 (This 8 hour workshop is the same price as a 1 hour individual counselling session.) Private health insurance covers Social Work services so your private health plan may fully reimburse you for the cost of this workshop.

Jasmine also specializes in Autism Spectrum Disorder with Autism Intervention Training from University of New Brunswick Certificate Program. Services include in-home parenting strategies and mental health counselling. Willing to travel within a 200km radius of Regina.
