Roots Dental Hygiene, founded by Codie in Pembroke, Ontario, is dedicated to providing exceptional preventative oral healthcare. Established in 2020, this clinic embodies Codie’s long-held dream of enhancing dental health through comprehensive hygiene services. Codie, a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2008, graduated from Algonquin College in Ottawa and holds a Dental Assisting diploma with honours from Canadore College in North Bay. She has also received additional training in Guided Biofilm Therapy from the Swiss Dental Academy.

As a lifelong resident of Pembroke and a mother of three, Codie brings her passion for dental hygiene and community service to her practice. She is also a 5th-degree black belt and has volunteered as a coach at the Pembroke Karate Club since she was 17.

Roots Dental Hygiene offers a wide range of services for both children and adults. Our clinic provides thorough dental hygiene examinations, oral cancer screenings, periodontal assessments, and Guided Biofilm Therapy. Additional services include oral hygiene evaluations, home care instructions, in-office and take-home whitening, sealants, fluoride varnish, desensitizing treatments, and sports mouth guards.
