At RD Psychotherapy, we provide comprehensive mental health services for a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and seniors. Our practice is committed to addressing various clinical presentations through psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and advocacy. We have a particular focus on serving the Indigenous, First Responder, Military, and Veteran communities, recognizing their unique needs and experiences.
Currently, all sessions are conducted remotely in compliance with Public Health Canada mandates and practice policies. Despite the virtual format, we continue to offer individual, couples, and family therapy, and will expand to include group therapy options starting in early 2021.
We treat a wide array of psychiatric conditions, including addiction, anxiety, bipolar and related disorders, depression, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, personality disorders, substance-related and addictive disorders, and trauma- and stress-related disorders. Our goal is to provide effective support and intervention tailored to each client’s specific needs.
