Equilibrium is a Toronto-based mental health and wellness centre (operating virtually and in person) offering individual therapy and group therapy in a warm and welcoming environment. We will use a variety of evidence-based approaches to help you feel more in control of your behaviour, to feel less overwhelmed by emotions, to understand yourself more, and to feel more satisfied and joyful in your life.
We know that finding a therapist can be hard and that you may feel vulnerable or have mixed emotions about reaching out for help. At the same time, we strongly believe that asking for help is an act of courage and our goal is for you to feel welcome, safe, and in control of your experience with us, every step of the way.

We implement a variety of treatment modalities including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure for PTSD (PE), as well as mindfulness and compassion based approaches.
