Description
We are a shared housing dementia initiative to help families to look after thier loved ones with a dementia diagnosis. This small housing arrangement allow for both the families and thier loved ones to participate in a quality of life that allows for community connection and purpose. Our cost are approximately 35% less than that of a memory unit in a Retirement Home.
We offer :
Staycations when space permits.
Community programs at the house for those living with a dementia diagnosis.
A one on one "walking program" to walk your loved one with a dementia diagnosis in thier neighborhood.
