Treneta Bowden serves as a Registered Massage Therapist, with the College of Massage Therapist since 1995 and shines her passion for people and her practice by her caring approach. Treneta specializes in Swedish Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage Massage/ Hydrotherapy and Cranial Sacral therapy, educator on healthy posture alignment ,stress and injury prevention .She is a an infant & child massage educator passionate to assist parents in the health and wellness of their babies and children with massage therapy and postural education.
Treneta has shared her massage therapy and speaking services in various professional settings such as clinics, conferences, spas, sports events, shelters, corporate, community health centers, churches, and broadcast television. She was a guest speaker for World Vision, Peel School Board Women`s conference, Internal Auditors Toronto and also serves in regular community work .
Treneta is an Award Recipient for the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2013 for her outstanding work and service to Nation of Canada and to her Aboriginal people. She is also a dynamic singer and Award winning song writer for the GMA Canada - Aboriginal Song of the Year 2015 & 2016.
Her goal as an RMT & Speaker is to encourage people to live in optimum health through preventative health services such a massage therapy and other health care services that help them achieve their health goals.
