Hello! I`m a registered social worker and I am passionate about offering therapy to my clients. I work with individuals and couples. I`m an eclectic therapist, offering mindfulness-based therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I also am a hypnotherapist. I provide support for people with anxiety concerns, depression, past or recent traumas, stress management, loss or grief, self-love, and relationship concerns. I`m non-judgmental which helps to create a space for clients to feel comfortable being their authentic selves. I appreciate working with my clients and to help them move through their life challenges.
